The technical operating standard for everything Mandantis builds. Three non-negotiable principles: governance before build, human-in-the-loop gate (GitHub Issues closed by Principal only), separation of concerns (GitHub Projects for systems, Project Online for clients).

- No Azure-native resources. No D365. No Ghost. No per-repo npm.
- Three-tier flow: mgp-api → mgp-mcp → mgp-rules (non-negotiable, every feature)

- GitHub Issues closed by Principal Consultant only — never by Claude Code
- Plan mode mandatory before any implementation. STOP gates require explicit approval.
