Architecture Index Scoring Framework
The diagnostic instrument — scoring rubric, validation methodology, version control.
Five pillars, 0–4 each, 20 total. Four defined levels per pillar with explicit criteria. Readiness bands: 0–7 (Not Ready), 8–12 (Early Stage), 13–16 (Approaching), 17–20 (Ready). Four-stage validation methodology ensures self-assessment accuracy.
