Operating Foundation
The self-evolving operating system — five domains, closed loop.
Mandantis is not an automated business. It is a self-evolving operating system. The loop: Operate → Observe → Learn → Update → Govern. Five operational domains. Everything optimises for the north star: demonstrated architectural authority.
Key concepts
- Five domains: Market Intelligence, Relationship & Pipeline, Delivery, Professional Services, Market Presence
- Every domain has three columns: runs autonomously, requires human governance, publishes as proof
- The loop runs continuously — no planning cycles required for operational decisions
- North star calibration is monthly — human governed, not automated
- Operating cadence: daily (human decisions), weekly (autonomous summary), monthly (human calibration), quarterly (full review)
