PSA measures outcomes, not hours. Three engagement types: Blueprint (AUD 35K–120K), Stewardship (AUD 7K–18K/month), Methodology License (AUD 25K–80K/year). Delivery health scored on six metrics. EBITDA margin target: 55–65% steady state.
